Been on a quest for some six pack abs for a while now. I’ve crunched, run, done interval training, sat up, and everything in between, but I still have this layer of belly fat that I can’t seem to get rid of.
Well, I found my fault(s).
A. I’m eating poorly a lot of the time. My weight is down thanks to the 4 Hour Body diet, but I still have a little layer of fat that sticks around.
B. I’m exercising the wrong parts. If you really want to peel away that last little layer of fat, you have to exercise your largest muscles. Larger muscles burn more fat than smaller ones.. and while running is awesome, I really need to start “training” my major fat burners harder.
