I suppose since I’m actually going to start posting on my blog on a somewhat regular basis, I need to be in legal compliance with the gestapo up top (aka the FTC).

As of December 1, 2009 I’m supposed to disclose to any readers that I may be getting compensated in one form or another when I post blogs/pages/links/reviews/etc.

First, let me explain that I’m a blogger, affiliate marketer, and marketing consultant. I do a whole lot of things online and that’s how I pay my bills. So, it’s reasonable to assume that anything that I link to, I get paid for. That’s not always the case, but for the sake of legality we’re just going to say it is.

With that in mind, I took a couple pictures from Tim Ferriss (he said I could) to illustrate the point.
